Passenger side wasn’t a good fit, had to grind it to fit properly

The driver side fit well, but the passenger side was touching the suspension and as I drove it jammed into it, squeaking and rattling. I took it to my Offroad place and they said it was cut wrong, so they had to go in and grid it off to get it to fit without jamming against the suspension. It actually damaged my jeep! One photo shows the driver side with a good gap and the other with a circle shows how it is jammed up in the suspension.

We are so sorry to hear that you ran into issues with installation. Our team is always available via email to assist with any questions or problems in the installation process.
Based on your video, it looks like the passenger side wasn't angled correctly during install, causing it to sit lower and not clear the shock bucket. If you can send us more pictures (sales@ppeoffroad.com) of the entire inner fender installed, we would be able to help troubleshoot what might be keeping you from achieving the proper angle.
