1. Promotion Description
Off Road Trailer begins on August 1, 2025 at 10:00 (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time and ends on December 24, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of PPE Off Road, which are final. PPE Off Road is solely responsible for the administration of the Campaign. This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or any other social media platforms. Please direct any questions or concerns to PPE Off Road.
2. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to residents of United States who are 18+ or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of PPE Off Road and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Prize
The following prize will be awarded:

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, PPE Off Road reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. How to Enter:
Via Purchase of gift card

IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE GIVEAWAY ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHERGIVEAWAY OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.

During the Giveaway Period, entrants can obtain one no-purchase necessary entry via mail. To participate via mail entry, mail a 3"x5" card containing the following information:
Contestant full name
Complete mailing address
Phone number
Date of birth
Email address
All information must be legible as this will be how you are contacted should you win. Illegible entries will be disqualified. The card should be mailed in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed to:

All entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2025 and received by December 15, 2025. Each mail-in entry received will be worth 1 entry. **NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-produced by the entrant only. Photocopies will not be accepted. Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. Request for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries may be sent via email.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway
Period. The drawing will be conducted on December 31, 2025 by PPE Off Road or its
designated representatives. Winners will be notified via email and announced on our official social media channels. Entrants must confirm their acceptance by email within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Winners will be responsible for collection and/or transport of their prize and may be required to provide valid identification or additional documentation to claim. Failure to do so may result in an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Privacy
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at http://www.ppeoffroad.com. Your information will be used solely for administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
PPE Off Road is not responsible for technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, or errors during the Campaign. In circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures, PPE Off Road reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PPE Off Road is located. Any disputes arising from or related to the Campaign shall be resolved through binding arbitration or other agreed methods.
