Refund policy

Cancellation
We begin processing orders quickly after they are received. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed. Once a shipping label has be purchased, we are no longer able to cancel an order.

Note that custom designs cannot be changed or cancelled after design has been approved by the customer. Cancellation of custom designs after design process has begun with result in forfeiture of deposit. 

Returns
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, color, or wrong fit. Please double check color selection and compatibility of the product with your vehicle before ordering. Feel free to email us before ordering if you have any questions or concerns. 

Drop ship orders
Orders placed through a third party vendor and not directly through the PPE Off Road website will not be eligible for return. You must reach out to the seller through which the purchase was completed for further information regarding your order and return options. Do not return purchases without direct instructions from your seller to do so. 

Manufacturing defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution. Manufacturing defects must be brought to our attention within 10 days of order delivery.

Damages caused during the delivery process are not considered manufacturing defects. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of the order being received. You can find more information about damages from shipment under our shipping policies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Item must be securely packaged to return to us in best condition. You’ll also need a copy of your invoice or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@ppeoffroad.com. If your return is accepted and approved, we will provide your with instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the reason for the return, we may provide a return shipping label or it may be the responsibility of the customer to provide.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and being approved for a return will not be accepted and processed. Such ordered will be considered forfeited and will not be sent back to the customer unless arranged for additional shipping payment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance, as is items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges of products due to change of mind, wrong color, or wrong fit. Please double check color selection and compatibility of the product with your vehicle before ordering. Feel free to email us if you have any questions or concerns.

Refunds
If we approve a return due to manufacturing defect, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
