First of it's kind Bolt Together DIY Off Road Trailer Kit for the off road enthusiast that enjoys building those awesome garage masterpieces. This kit consist of laser cut heavy gauge steel welded together ready to be painted and bolted together. The details are up to you, leaving endless possibilities for customization.
This trailer kit is designed to match the size of a Tacoma bed (52.5in x 73.5in) so that it is compatible with the truck accessories. We will also be working on creating add-on accessories to make this trailer even more capable.
AXLES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE KIT.
We designed this around the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspensions (PN # ASR35HDS01) for the best ground clearance. The hole locations are laser cut into the tubing with added support plates for mounting these particular suspension setup.
However, this trailer can be built with other axles options of your choice. This will require customer measuring and modifications based on your axle and what works best for you.
The oversized heavy duty fenders are built to fit 30- 40in tires.
Note: 40in tires will need 2in to 4in spindle lift option with the Timbren Axle-less suspension.
This kit only includes the hardware and welded assembly parts of laser cut tubing , steel sheet, and formed metal to complete the basic frame and side rails. We will be welding on a Curt quick pin trailer coupler for 2in ball, Part Number: C82CR. You will need to supply your own flooring material as desired (ex: decking boards, sheet metal, bed lined 3/4 plywood etc), Jack, chains, wiring and lights. We will include a list of items that found works well with the trailer build.
We will also be including a tailgate kit option to the customers that order a kit during the PRE-ORDER Deal Sale For Free. Deal ends AUG 2025.
Additional accessories such as Molle panels, inserts, side panels, etc. will be available in the future.
Additional Shipping Charged Separately
Because this is such a large product that can be configured in a number of ways, we will be adjusting shipping after the order is placed based on your address, lift gate requirements, and current delivery rates.
